2Leave the dough for the buns to soak for around 30 minutes. Then form five to six equal-sized buns from the mixture and garnish with the nut mixture. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for around 35 minutes.

3For the patties, thoroughly mix 135 g of the Organic Vegan Patties Mixture with 200 ml water and approx. 15 ml vegetable oil. Leave the mixture to swell for around 30 minutes.

4Form five burger patties from the mixture and fry in oil until golden brown all over.

5Halve the finished buns and spread with the pesto. Slice the tomatoes and chop the washed lettuce. Layer the vegan patties and cheese on top and shape into a burger.

6Repeat the process for all the burgers and place them in the preheated oven until the cheese starts to melt.
Ready
