Organic oatmeal or organic whole-grain flour
60 g
AlpenPower Organic Whey Protein or Organic Casein Protein

Baking powder
200 ml
Oorganic milk or plant-based milk

Organic egg
Oil for frying

Step

Flour mix
Blend the flour, protein and baking powder in a big bowl.
Step

Milk and egg
Add milk and the egg. Mix until smooth and let sit for about 10 minutes at room temperature.

Fry
Preheat a slightly oiled pan and bake the pancakes at medium heat. Allow to cook properly and do not flip too early. Bake both sides for around 2 minutes until goldbrown.

Add your favourite toppings like fresh fruits, yoghurt or maple syrup.
