Ingredients

200 g	Fresh organic fruits
200 g	Organic yoghurt
1 tbsp	AlpenPower Whey Protein
2 tbsp	Coconut drink
Optional	Honey

Preparation
The fruit can be eighter pureed or chopped. Dissolve the AlpenPower Protein in the coconut drink.

Ice container
Mix all ingredients and pour into ice cream containers. Optionally, small cups and a tablespoon can be used.

Freeze
Freeze the ice cream mixture for at least 6 hours.
