100 g | Organic oat flakes (optional gluten-free) |
100 ml | Organic milk |
40 g | AlpenPower Organic Whey Protein |
40 g | Chopped almonds |
100 g | Organic raspberries |
Optional | Xylit or honey |
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Separate 3 eggs and beat the whites stiff.
Blend yoghurt, oat flakes, milk, whey protein and almonds. Add the 3 yolks and the fourth egg. Carefully add the raspberries.
Put the dough in muffin tins and bake for 20 minutes.
