Is your Whey cold-processed (CFM)?
Yes, our organic whey is cold processed. But what does cold processing actually mean? Here, the whey protein is obtained by cross-flow microfiltration (CFM). The processing process works without chemicals. Whey protein, which is processed using CFM, is therefore among the purest and highest quality proteins. The CFM filtration process ensures that the whey has the highest possible level of essential amino acids. These are those amino acids that the body needs but can not generate by itself.
What does organic quality mean?
All our raw materials are sourced exclusively from certified organic agriculture, where the use of antibiotics, pesticides and other chemical additives is strictly prohibited. Is there really no sugar added?

Can I also use the protein powder for baking?
Yes, that is possible. Just replace a certain amount of flour with our protein powder. Thus, one can effectively increase the protein content of some foods.

Add 30 g (approx. 3 tablespoons) protein powder to 300 ml water, milk or plant-based milk (oat drink, coconut drink, rice drink, etc.) and mix with a shaker or blender. Add the liquid first, then the protein.
The classic shake is an efficient source of protein but not the only way to get protein from food. The protein powder is also ideal as an addition to smoothies, bowls, porridges or yoghurt. It is also great for baking and effectively increasing the protein content of dishes.
