Yes, our Instant Oats are actually gluten free. We use a special gluten-free oat variety here.

Is there really no sugar added?

Ihr Trinkhafer ist mittlerweile täglich mein gern verwendeter Milchersatz beim Frühstücksmüsli. Der einzige Mangelpunkt betrifft die Hülle: Die Verpackung ist überdimensioniert und macht als Alu-Plastikkombinaion keinen besonders ökologischen (recycling-fähigen) Eindruck. Wünschenswert wäre zur Müllvermeidung auch ein 2 kg-Gebinde. Ansonsten: Großes Lob!

Super Energielieferant für lange Einheiten. Glutenfrei auch noch dazu und in Bio Qualität. Nicht einfach zu finden.

Leider ist die mit diesem Pulver hergestellte Hafermilch nicht zum pur Trinken geeignet ohne sie zu filtern, da das Pulver recht grob ist und sich nicht vollständig auflöst. Es verbleiben kleine Haferflocken-Partikel, die beim Trinken im Hals kratzen.
Der Filterprozess durch ein Tuch oder ein feines Sieb ist für mich keine Lösung (läuft entweder nicht richtig durch oder der Filter ist zu grob und es verbleiben die Kleinstpartikel). Wenn mann Hafermilch aus Haferflocken selbst herstellt, hat man dasselbe Ergebnis- nur viel günstiger.
Ich bin auf der Suche nach einem Hafer-Pulver, mit dem ich Hafermilch anrühren kann, um Verpackung zu sparen und ohne es filtern zu müssen, und hatte mir mit diesem Pulver ein besseres Ergebnis erhofft. Immerin kann ich das Pulver für Bircher Müsli verwenden.
