Our goat’s milk protein is the complete milk protein, which is mainly composed of the two individual protein components casein and whey protein (whey). In contrast, goat whey protein is pure whey protein without any casein content.

The CFM filtration process ensures that the protein has the highest possible proportion of essential amino acids. These are amino acids that the body needs but cannot generate itself
