Add 10 g (ca. 1 tablespoon) protein powder to 250 ml water, milk or plant based milk (oat drink, coconut drink, rice drink, etc.) and mix with a shaker or blender. Add the liquid first, then the protein.
The classic shake is an efficient source of protein, but not the only way to get protein from food. The protein powder is also ideal as an addition to smoothies, bowls or porridges.
The protein intake and sports nutrition depends on the personal (sporting) goal, we recommend 1-2 portions of AlpenPower daily. It can be taken at any time of the day. If collagen is taken directly after training, it supports regeneration.
