PREPERATION AS SHAKE
Give 30g (about 3 tablespoons) of protein powder in 300 ml of milk, vegetable milk substitute (oat drink, coconut drink, rice drink, etc.) or water and then mix it with a shaker (including strainer) or blender. First fill the liquid into the shaker, then add the whey protein and shake vigorously for 20 seconds.
ALTERNATIVE APPLICATION POSSIBILITIES
Ideal as an addition to smoothies, muesli/porridge, yogurts, puddings and much more. Due to its property and texture, it is also excellent for baking, for example, in recipes for muffins, cakes, pancakes. With Casein you can effectively increase the protein content of food.
