Delivery times
If no other period is specified in the item description, the delivery of the goods in Austria takes place within 2-4 work-days, for foreign deliveries within 3-7 work-days after order confirmation (with agreed advance payment after the time of your money order).
Please note that on Sundays and public holidays delivery is not possible.
Customs clearance & import tax (especially Switzerland, Norway, GB)
Please be aware that a delay in delivery may be caused by your country’s customs office. The buyer is responsible for all costs required for customs clearance, including import sales tax.
