850 ml | Vegetable broth |
Pinch | Salt, pepper, turmeric |

2Add pressed garlic and curry powder and fry briefly.

3Add cauliflower pieces to the pot and deglaze with 1 liter of vegetable broth.

4Season properly and simmer the soup until the vegetables are soft.

5Puree in a stand mixer and refine with mango chutney. Finally, season to taste with the spices.

6Divide the soup into bowls. Enrich with a little AlpenPower BIO MCT oil and enjoy.
