Preheat the oven to 180 degrees top and bottom heat.

14 Christmascookies | |
150 g | BIO Oat powder |
200 g | Ground almonds |
2 Tbsp | Ground flaxseeds |
2 Tbsp | BIO Whey Gingerbread |
50 g | Coconut blossom sugar |
50 ml | Oat milk |
40 g |
Honey |
50 g | Coconut oil |
2 Tbsp | Yoghurt |
1 Pinch | Salt |
1 Tbsp | Vanilla extract |
Flour to spread the dough |

2Melt the coconut oil. Mix all the other ingredients together and chill the dough for around 15 minutes.

3Sprinkle the flour on a floured surface and roll out the gingerbread dough on it. Cut shapes out of the dough, here a Santa stencil was used.

4Layer on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in the oven for around 20 minutes.

5Leave to cool completely and garnish with icing sugar.
