Our vegan organic patties ready mix offers creativity – quick and easy preparation of burger patties, patties and more. The ready-mix is suitable for everyone who wants to eat consciously without sacrificing good taste. Sunflower mince (textured sunflower protein) serves as the basis, which ensures a high protein content and fiber. The mushrooms come from our own Austrian cultivation. With our special mix of high-quality spices, our burger patties are particularly tasty and aromatic. The textured sunflower protein as well as the chopped mushrooms ensure the right bite. 70 g of the vegan patty have only 82 kcal, while conventional beef patties have around 150 kcal. The patties also contain far less fat (0.9 g compared to 10.5 g per patty) and are characterized by a high protein and fiber content. The preparation is also very easy, just mix the ready-mix with a little water and vegetable oil and let it rest for a moment. Then shape burger patties as you like and fry them with vegetable frying oil in a pan until golden brown or just throw them on the grill.

A varied diet and a healthy lifestyle are important.
Our vegan organic patties are ideal for preparing delicious vegan burgers. Simply cut up burger buns (we recommend spelled rolls) and fry them briefly in a pan. Then cover the buns with lettuce leaves, place patties on top and garnish with the desired toppings such as vegan cheese, onions, tomatoes, pickles. A good burger sauce rounds the whole thing off. Bon Apetit!
1. Thoroughly mix half a pack (135 g) with 200 ml of water and approx. 15 ml of vegetable oil.
2. Let the mass swell for about 30 minutes.
3. Shape the mixture into 4-5 burger patties.
4. Heat suitable vegetable frying oil in a coated pan and fry the patties on each side until golden brown over medium heat.
