50 g | AlpenPower Organic Pumpkin Seed Protein |
150 g | Almonds, grounded |
100 g | Organic yoghurt |
50 g | Organic butter, melted |
1 tsp | Natron |
1 tsp | Salt |
100 g | Sesame |
50 g | Pumpkin seeds |
150 g | Sunflower seeds |
50 g | Flax seeds |
Beat the eggs and mix with the yoghurt. Blend in the melted butter and add the natron and salt.
Blend in the grounded almonds, protein powder, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, flax seeds and sesame seeds.
Put the dough into a loaf tin and bake at 175 degrees for about 60 minutes.
The nuts and seeds can be varied as desired. However, the ratio should remain the same.
